Working principles
No shortcuts on preparation. Cracks opened and filled, surfaces sanded, primer where primer belongs. It is most of the job and almost none of the photographs. No corners cut on detail. Edges cut by hand, frames and fittings masked, every run checked in daylight before the tin is closed. Residential and commercial, same standard. A single bedroom and a factory floor get the same preparation, the same number of coats, and the same walk-through at the end. One number to call. One person accountable. The person who quotes the job is the person who paints it. If something needs fixing, you call the same number.

Damp and mould on south walls
Painting over mould hides it for one winter. It has to be killed and sealed first, or it comes back through the new coat.
