How I handle your information

This site does not use cookies, does not run analytics and does not store anything you type. The quote form opens WhatsApp with your details already written out. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself.

When you message me on WhatsApp or write to elton@faducopainting.co.za, I use what you send, your name, phone number and project details, to quote and complete the work. I do not sell it or share it with anyone else. Photos may be used to show the finished job on this site, without your address or anything else that could identify where you live.

This falls under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, POPIA. I keep your WhatsApp conversation so I can help with future work, not just the job you first asked about, and if you want it deleted, just ask.

WhatsApp and email are run by Meta and by my email provider, not by this site. Their own privacy policies cover how they handle your messages.
